For Restricted Direct to Lung (RDTL) vaping, use the 0.4ohm pod with a Short Fill E-liquid containing at least 70% VG. For Mouth to Lung (MTL) vaping, use the 0.8ohm mesh pods with 50PG/50VG E-liquids or Nic salts.
